      1. President: I was not here last week.  Tony Pompei is coming to talk about IT in medicine.  On the last meeting, we are going to talk about how wonderful we are (sort of).
      2. VP: Hoping to speak with Dr.Webster in a few days. 
      3. Event: Rockband event is done.  Try to set up the street fighter event for next year. 
      4. Membership: Looking forward to working on the database project. 
      5. Office Tech: Make a project for E-Week. I got a television production kit from donation!  Might be useful for Tony's presentation. 
      6. Public: Case fliers are done, need to be printed.  Want to upload Hector's videos into the FTP server.

        1. Hoping to raise 150 dollars.  
        2. Today we want to submit the flier and event charter for approval by the general body.

      2. ACM Database Project -- Passed
        1. Orgsync going on.  Several people have been making their databases so we decide to make one universal database. 
        2. Use PHP or .net to interact with the database. 
        3. Hope to have it by the end of Feb 2011. 
        4. Hope we can license this to the other orgs.
      3. Officer Spring 2011 Course Schedules 
        1. I want everyone's schedule for Spring 2011 to have a good meeting date and perhaps a better room.  
        2. Do this by Wednesday.
